Anderson Haak & Engels have successfully completed thousands of purchase transactions within their 60 + years of experience. Here are some things that we will do for you:

1. Conduct Land Title searches to determine the status of the Title and if there are any charges registered against the Title. 

2. Ensure that non-permitted registrations on title are discharged and that the purchasers are not responsible to pay any fees(outstanding property taxes) that the sellers were responsible for.

 

3. After purchaser obtains a mortgage, complete the mortgage documentation and register the mortgage in order to advance the mortgage funds.

4. After efficiently completing the transaction, report back to our client, providing copies of all the important documents, and account for all the money that was received and expended on our client's behalf. If there are any excess funds, we will return them to our client. 

5. If the property that was purchased is a Condominium Unit, make sure that the required Estoppel Certificate and Certificate of Insurance are obtained.
